Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at avatar.cybercel.com and any purchase you make through it (together, the "Service"), operated by Cybercel ("Cybercel," "we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who Can Use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order. By purchasing, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are purchasing for yourself or with authorization from the account holder.

2. What You're Buying

We sell Collector Edition bundles built around Avatar: The Last Airbender Series 01 trading cards, along with related items such as CGC graded slabs, FiGPiN Mini pins, and VeVe digital twin redemption codes. Each bundle tier lists what it includes on the product and pre-order pages. Some contents, such as the specific card, character, or grade you receive within a category, are randomized. We explain exactly how that works in our Randomization Policy, which is part of these Terms.

Product photos are for illustration. Packaging, card stock, and included extras may vary slightly from what's pictured.

3. Pre-Orders and Shipping

Bundles on this site are sold as pre-orders. Estimated shipping windows are shown on the product and pre-order pages and are estimates only, not guaranteed delivery dates. Production schedules for CGC grading and autograph authentication can shift those estimates. We'll email you if your ship date changes materially.

4. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

Checkout is processed through Shopify. By placing an order, you're also agreeing to Shopify's own terms for payment processing. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel orders (for example, in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors), and to correct pricing mistakes before an order ships. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund you in full.

5. Limited-Availability Bundles

Some tiers are limited in quantity, as shown on the product page. Availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed, and a bundle may sell out before checkout completes.

6. Location-Restricted Early Access

Certain pre-order windows on this site are limited to guests within a set distance of a specific event venue, and require sharing your device's location to confirm eligibility. We explain what location data we collect and how it's used in our Privacy Policy.

7. Cancellations, Returns, and Damaged Items

Because bundles are limited pre-orders, we treat all sales as final once produced. That said:

• You can cancel and get a full refund within 48 hours of placing your order.
• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll make it right.

8. VeVe Digital Twins

Each pack includes a redemption code for a digital twin collectible on VeVe, a third-party platform not owned or operated by Cybercel. Redeeming your code requires a VeVe account and is subject to VeVe's own terms. Codes are time-limited; check the redemption instructionsfor the current window. We're not responsible for VeVe's platform availability, account requirements, or changes to its service.

9. Intellectual Property

Avatar: The Last Airbender and all related characters, names, and logos are trademarks of Viacom International Inc. and used under license from Nickelodeon. VeVe and the VeVe logo belong to their respective owner. CGC and the CGC logo belong to Certified Guaranty Company. Cybercel's own branding, site design, and original content are owned by us. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of that intellectual property to you beyond the physical or digital collectible items you purchase.

10. Disclaimers

The Service and the products sold through it are provided "as is." We don't promise the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we don't make any guarantee about the future resale value of any card, slab, pin, or digital collectible. Collectibles are for entertainment and collecting purposes; nothing on this site is investment advice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Cybercel won't be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order won't exceed the amount you paid for that order.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute that isn't resolved informally will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California, and you agree to that venue.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the business grows. If we make a material change, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
